5000 trizact Impression

I've been playing with 5000 trizact lately and I like it. I use my usual procedure down to 3000 trizact and the just do the same thing with the 5000 trizact and the finish is half buffed. The final buffed product looks the same but buffing is really reduced. I hate buffing and love the control of my Hutchins blue top with a squirt bottle. Good stuff that is worth the extra money/step in order to reduce buffing.

Oh, I usually use Mequires version of the trizact in 1500/3000 as it's much cheaper, same company, and the same qualities. You have to step up to the 3m 5000 and it's more money.

Thanks for sharing, I didn't know 5000 trizac was available.

I had a few sample sheets given to me from my jobber and I agree it does reduce buffing time, definitely a nice product.

We have used the 5000 on several projects and yes 3-M does own Meguire`s.It does speed the process yet longevity can be an issue. Some recent pics. with Barry and my Son.IMG_20130323_130928.jpg

i gotta say i have tried the 5000 and its totally bad a$$. i love it. so far i think it cuts just as fast and last longer than the 3000. i am not a fan of the 3m 3000 trizact. for that step i use the green eagle bufflex discs. they are way better, cheaper, last longer, but so far the 5000 cant be beat.
