3M spray guide coat

hey guys im getting ready to spray my final coats of epoxy on my car and some very hard to reach areas i still have small specks of guide coat.
is it ok to spray epoxy over it or will it lift?

Remaining guide coat would indicate the surface is not well sanded, could you not attack the areas with red scotchbrite?
 
I have tried but the areas are so crammed that I can't get enough movement of the pad to take it off
 
i think im going to wrap sandpaper around a thin flathead screwdriver for the corners and wrap some around the thin edge of a bondo spreader to get inbetween panel seams
