0 voc reducer vs the "real stuff"

Living in the communist peoples republic of California I just had to order a gallon of 0 voc slow reducer. Am I likely to experience poorer results with this stuff - which seems like mainly acetone - vs the reducer the lucky rest of the country can purchase?

0 voc stuff is ok but it tends to not break up and dissolve the paint quite as well so low voc paints tend to seem a little thicker and will usually need a couple few extra psi at the gun to help break it up.
