And I was trying to figure out where the hood was!Love those LBC's!
What is the "single stage British racing green" you are using?Hood after polish. Probably should have avoided garbage cans for the background
It is a medium solids clear tinted to dark British Racing green. SPI Epoxy Primer blocked followed by 4 coats of the tinted clear. There is a wide range of BRG colors ranging from a medium Kelly green down to an almost black that is green in the right light. What is the "single stage British racing green" you are using?

I went with a ‘50s jag Color that is very dark.
Two wet coats of epoxy primer between egg nogs.Should have added that media blasting revealed a solid body. No rust after blasting except the front of the rocker rails. After new pair they will not be visible (behind fenders). No old body damage so well worth the effort (except MGBs are a dime a dozen)
Thanks MJM. I work in an attached garage in the Northeast. One of the house's forced water furnace zones supplies hot water to a fan-driven heater in the garage. I have it set up with negative pressure with the hot dry air being supplied from the basement. I work with a fresh air hood. Just checked in and gavage maintaining nicely at 70 degrees, 30% relative humidity.^^^ that's the holiday spirit, looking great. Are you having any issues spraying the epoxy?
