Would artificial UV light substitute when weather doesn't cooperate?

Up here in the northwest, clouds and rain tend to be the rule. My son has several large UV stage lights that he uses as part of a a cleaning process on collectables. I was curious if these black lights or something similar could be used inside my makeshift booth as an alternative to putting the car out in the sun for a day.

My opinion is that there isn't a real replacement for sunlight. Not only is it broad spectrum radiation, but it's also the condition that the vehicle will be exposed to when finished. That said, if sunlight isn't available, maybe a combination of infrared and UV would be the best approximation. Mostly IR in my opinion, because it's heat that drives out tail solvents and reveals if there are adhesion problems in the form of bubbles etc.
