Wishing all the best to Rusty428 and others

I'll still get heavy rain bands & wind but looking less then 80mph on east coast, whew.
Winds start steady tomorrow morn, peak tomorrow 10pm thru 5am Monday. I'll wear ear buds & sleep thru it (hopefully).
Expect power outages for a few days but nothing like original hurricane track would've done, providing it keeps heading away from me. It can always turn back towards east.

West coast gonna get it they saying. Miami has 100k people w/o power now. Keys hit pretty hard too I'm guessing.

Lost power for an hour this afternoon and the storm is a half-day away. Even though we east-coasters are not going to see the eye, Irma is so big it's going to affect the width and length of Florida.

Stay strong guys God bless.

Hurray! Just got power back!
Generator- bought 10yrs ago, used it for 1 week a while back. Flooded pato with gas every other day this past week.
How plastic floats in carbs & crap fuel valves are allowed in today's "caution! warning! danger!" lawyer leagal bs on everything including soda bottles is beyond me!
Thank God some people still exist in this country willing to help others w/o worry.
And the good ol boy repair shop with used carb float that i needed & didnt want $ for it but i made him take some- bless you!

And to all generator co's out there that don't include a inline fuel filter on a $1000 gen....bleep you!

I'm glad to here you came out unhurt any damage can be fixed. Hope Rusty and others are doing well also.

I use Lucas fuel stabilizer in all equipment and start for a few minutes every month or two to keep things running.
