Why you don’t apply filler over bare metal and other sins…

Don now when talking to a seller( if you can get them to talk over the phone) I ask if the Vin# matches the title!!! Quite a few older cars and trucks with no vin plate.

Funny thing about that truck was I found the VIN on the frame and it matched the title. So some knucklehead just stole the VIN tag.
