What is max thickness for Rage Gold filler?

I hate sounding like the bad guy here mentioning a product that Me & others I know around here have had good luck with. I mainly use it when I got something custom made that's pretty hard to make just perfect, such as a custom thick steel bumper I made pictured below..
I ran out of time & ambition to finish it & coated it (un sanded) with all metal to keep it from rusting till I bodywork & paint it. Been almost 2 years now. Backed into a post & recently scraped a guard rail @ 60 mph with the side of it, didn't crack , chip or scrape off.
Most stuff, normally I prefer any of the good evercoat polyesters.

Shine , I agree a few companies all have their version, all same stuff. Haven't looked into hybrid epoxy fillers yet, but I am researching more epoxy products for fiberglass use currently. Definitely higher performance if you can justify price.

People here in the road salt capital of the world quit using the silver colored fillers long long ago. I haven't touched the stuff since the 90's. IIt seemed as though one stone chip through the paint and the stuff was bubbling like no tomorrow with corrosion growing like crazy-road salt makes a big difference I bet though.

Good point Bob and I haven't used it either since the real early 90's mabey late 80's.

Nice bumper customz, now get her done :).

Hey Shine, what epoxy hybrid fillers might you be referring to ??
Only thing I noticed in epoxy fillers was some marine fairing compound.
Bob, I can definitely see where salt would absolutely ruin an aluminum dust additive. Salt is pretty much a solvent for aluminum.
Since no one else here seems to like this stuff, Guess I better quit using any before I do have a problem from it.
