Can I do it ? Water base base cost over , reduced epoxy as sealer . 1 hour dry time on epoxy ?
I’ve done it a few times at around 40-45 mins without issues, but if you have the luxury of time an hour would be safer for sure.

If it's reduced 1:1:1, (1:1:50%) I'd feel OK about base in an hour. 1:1:1/2 (1:1:25%) I'd want to wait 2 hours like Barry said. If you are in a hurry you are better off using Urethane as a sealer.
I must've been around 40-50%, done it on bumpers and small two panel jobs. Cromax EZ and Envirobase used.

All these times are given with out temperature, I am guessing 70 ish , also does reducing it make it lose any Adhesion
Can’t recall the spraying conditions, except that I didn’t have to use a curing lamp. So it must’ve been in warmer weather. I don’t like using epoxy in the winter for collision work.
