To cold for epoxy, What do I do?

Yes I have to work outside.
Last fall before the weather turned to winter I patched in a inner cab corner and got it in primed but wasn't so lucky in getting the rocker patch primed. Now I want to weld in the outer cab corner on but it's still way to cold. Any thought's on what product I could use to seal the metal before I encapsulate it? Or how to get the SPI epoxy to work in the cold?
The best I can think of is build a small piece of duct work around the area and have a small electric space heater at the other end blowing warm air at the painted area.
The area is where the inner, outer and B pillar all lap together so I don't think pouring the primer in after the fact would work much at all.
Any suggestions?

Thanks for that Don, is there a temp range I'd want to keep it in? I'll pick one up at lowes and play around with it.

I think 70 to 100 should be fine but Barry is the one who can answer for sure. I have used heat lamps many times with good results. I have four of them with clip on reflectors that I used to use in my horse barn.

thanks again Don, If Barry doesn't respond to this post, I'll give him a buzz when I get it set up and ready to paint.
