Time to get this done.

Ok, thanks to all the great advice on this site, my interest in refinishing my car has been rejuvenated. It started out 2 years ago with faded paint on my car that I have come to realize that a proper wet sand/buff probably would've done it justice and I could of just called it a day. But NOOOOOO, I started to dismantle, sand, more dismantling. Holy crap! I had no idea how many nuts, screws, clips, wires, sealers, weatherstripping a car had. But luckily I've tagged and bagged as I went along. Two months of this pass and the weather gets cold, I get frustrated, lose interest, went out and bought a new F250. LOL! Now I forget about my car as it sits outside in my driveway under a cover for almost 2 years. The finish on the Ford is horrible. Orange peel all over, but I guess it's a work truck work so who's to complain. Me! So I start googling how to get to the finish better and I stumble onto SPI, actually, BarryK. His name comes up all over the place. When I read his posts as well as all the other contributors on this site, I was filled with inspiration once again and have started on refinishing my car. I have since moved the car into my garage, and in it's place is my truck (because I can't afford diesel at 4.65 a gallon). Thanks again for all the helpful advice. I'm pretty sure I'll be asking more questions as I get ready to start spraying the epoxy.

Keep us updated, anyone with enough interest can do this stuff, and with enough time, good materials, and the right proceedures can actually get better results than many bodyshops provide.

Thanks. I'll be asking alot more as I go on but I think I understand the basics. Now to see if I can apply them.
