Spider webbing in bumper cover plastic

I’m working on a 1987 Camaro bumper cover and I uncovered this spider web like pattern in the plastic under the old paint. I can’t feel them when in scratch it with my fingernail so they’re not deep. What’s the best way to prep this section so it won’t cause problems later?

Your only hope is epoxy unless you to remake this section.
What would I do?
Three coats epoxy over 180 and cleaned with 700.
Let set 4 to 5 days sand smooth with 180 and 2 more coats epoxy.

Those hairlines will work their way through 2k primer and polyester primer, not epoxy, if done right due to strength and flexibility.

I did not address the chip or gouge part but any 2 part bumper repare from sem, 3m, fuzor norton will handle that fine.

I would not paint over that.
It would be a new bumper for me.
We fix gto endura bumpers worse than this every day.
Where are you going to get a new OEM bumper??? Maybe there is one out there? one gto I looked 3 to 5 months for replacement, and all were in worse shape than what I had.

Thanks for the help guys. I was planning on only using epoxy on the bumpers so I was on the right track.
Tex - I’ll get the paint out of those corners. I wanted to consult he SPI experts before spent a lot more time on it.
