Here are a few more from the last couple years. The Shelby only had 1100 miles on it and was black. Completely blew it apart (less the engine} and changed it to BMW blue. Those stripes were a pain, but it sure was nice working on something with no dents, rust, or even scratches! Just sanded it with 600, grey scotchbrite, and based it. The '65 fastback I painted 15+ years ago with SW, got a small rust bubble on the lower rear door corner. I repaired it and recleared the door with SPI! Car still looks great. White Dodge truck was stripped to metal, white SPI epoxy, then white SPI single stage. Ford pickup was painted in pieces after blasting (and warping:mad:, but that is a different story} SPI epoxy, Pro Spray and 4 coats universal. Customer put it back together and did a nice job. I am completely computer illiterate, so no telling how these posts will come out. I'm old and don't even own a cell phone!

Nice work, Matt. You seem to stay pretty hooked up, are you in there by yourself or do you have some employees?

I do 90% of the work myself. I have 1 full time "helper" and my son helps me a few days a week. I stay busy, but I have noticed a slight drop in people wanting estimates. I have work lined up for at least months, so I'm not worried. Had a customer come by today that I did an airplane for, and he said 2 of his friends want to bring their planes to me. One just got shipped to Alabama and they shut down. They told him it may be 6-8 months before they can get to it! Really not interested in painting another plane, but they don't question the price :)

Did a great job on all of them. That Shelby looks outstanding. As does that 65. Nice.:)
That Shelby went to SEMA. The owner has connections way up in Ford. While I had it, he needed a truck to go pick something up, so he went and bought a Roush. Crazy! The '65 was a super clean California car to start with. Absolutely no rust. The owner brings me cars and customers all the time. One of my best customers for the last 15+ years.
