You don’t get service like this every day! I just ordered this the other day!!! I can’t speak enough good about this company and its leadership. I personally don’t know any business that gives as much as Barry of SPI gives. I’m speaking in regards to his advice, his time, his encouragement, this forum, and his product. I’ve emailed Barry many times over the years and have received an email back almost immediately. Totally amazes me!

Anyway, in one of those boxes is a can of activator. I ordered some about 3-4 months ago and didn’t unpackage it, just left it in the box and put it in my shop. Last week I opened that box to find that the activator container was damaged at the bottom of the container and had a very slight leak in it. I wondered if it was still good and not expecting anything, asked Barry if it was still usable. I sent him a picture of the container and told him the box appeared to be in great condition and items were well packed. I had some concerns about climate change, as it had been in my shop. He saw the pictures and said, “that item was killed in shipping, I’ll send you another one.” Did not expect that at all. What do you do when you feel like thank you is not enough? You tell your friends!!!

I'm new to SPI products and in general, new to all things paint. The service they have offered to me is by far one of the best! I have found the products they sell are the same. Here comes the BUT: ;) That shipping box is one of the prettiest boxes I have ever seen, especially being a Ford fanatic. I have all 3 of them still, just can't discard them for some reason. Now just trying to figure out what car is over the SPI logo?

The logo would just be a computer rendering, I would guess.
The branding company designed the boxes and logo; they dont want me touching a thing. Lol

This is my take on this. In today's world "Customer SERVICE'' is almost a thing of the past. As an older body/ paint guy Ihave sprayed a lot of different paint products and for the most part can make them look good and are ok BUT SPI service , products and info are hands down the best. And I rather spend my $ with Barry and his co. and a few other small co's. He has gone out of his way to answer a few dumb questions that I knew the answer to anyway. And the people on this forum are also the best. Thanks to All
