Speed Clear

one thing i do know that causes pop with this clear is air movement. in the facility where i spray these big boat parts there is a ceiling fan over the one side. if i dont turn that off before spray then i will get pop every time under where the fan is and the other side where there is no fan is fine. its really important to just turn the booth fan off immediately after you spray.

Only time I got pop was spraying a lot of motorcycle parts at once. Turned the fan off a couple minutes after finishing last parts, but the first parts I sprayed popped slightly. I just don't see a need for any flash time. The only way to run it is to stop the gun with the trigger pulled :)

I use Speed outside all of the time. Every kind of air movement you can imagine and no stopping it. I haven't experienced any pop. Debris? Yes.
I do always use an activator that's slower than you would think is needed.
