Sorry about Tech line

I do apologize as we have two key people out this week on vacation, so that puts us 2 people short of answering phones.
If lines are busy, I have to answer the phone and let the tech line ring and to make matters worse we have just been slammed the last couple of months with orders and new jobbers.
So if you don't get me on the tech line, LEAVE a message or text me and please allow me an hour or so to get back to you.
All in all, yesterday I think the longest time to respond to a tech line call was 90 minutes, doing the best I can.

Thanks all that have called for understanding my delay in returning calls, yesterday at one point I was seven voicemails and 9 texts behind and seemed I spent most of the day when returning calls saying Sorry for the delay.
If I had any hair after yesterday I would have pulled out as we were downright swamped with big freight orders and only God knows how many UPS and FedEx ground orders.
No lunch no breaks and the smokers never had time to go out and have a cig.
One more day of this and back to normal next week.
