Solvent pop or contamination

Doesn’t really look like solvent pop to me. More like contamination. Either from the airline, paint, or in the air. Some products seem more sensitive than others. I remember years ago I would get it spraying Omni single stage (I know I know I was young lol) but I had no issues with primer or bc/cc. Weird.

The fact that it's on "every square inch" as you stated, in my opinion leads to air supply or paint application issues.

Did you try blowing compressed air through a clean white rag? If it ends up perfectly clean and dry, you can eliminate the air supply as the issue.
Oh yea , put paper on wall . Got compressor real hot , blew air for about a minute on paper , nothing wet , damp etc . Paper looked new .

Very slow (895?) at that temp is something I have never attempted, so I can't even begin to say if the solvents would get out overnight or not.
I know it was a mistake , but in my mind possibly the issue . I will spray one of my 3x5 metal index size cards with 3-4 coats base and 895 reducer , clear in 12 hours and see .

I am surprised no one has flagged very slow reducer at 68 degrees. How many coats and time between coats?
4 coats base SHOPLINE plus , 25 minutes because I was using that reducer . Should have been using 870 reducer . I am going to try same procedure tomorrow using very small sample panel .
