It's been what I would call a productive morning so far, started with 36grit slow speed for maximum scratch effect on inside and outside door.

so next step I cut strips of woven fiber glass and marked wax paper for application area. Then applied epoxy mix laired between cloth

and now I wait for set up time for outer repair area, Sem states 90 min work time and 4 hours set up 24 hours full cure

I'm feeling really good about this repair and thank everyone for their help/support on this. I sanded everything down then refitted crash bar and hinge supporting hardware. Plan now is to finish sanding jam's epoxy then skim coat of filler and prepare for paint. When all was said and done martials for this repair was under $75 considering I was already going to be refinishing door anyway
