Slow or Very Slow with UV 2.1

So I'm ready to tackle my first overall and using SPI products. Although I don't have to, I'm trying to use all low voc materials to keep the odor/fumes at the minimum. It's 90+ temp here now and I'm using a temporary booth. I noticed the low voc activators and reducers don't come in a very slow speed only slow. What would be the best way to go? Reg. very slow activator with 2.1 UV clear? Or will the 2.1 slow activator give me time to get around the car in these conditions? I've read here that you should go a step down in speed for overalls and as a novice, I don't want to have to rush around the car.

As per Barry, the low VOC stuff smells worse than the 4000 clear, so you may want to use the 4000 series clear.

Ok. I was on another forum and a similar question was asked and someone (who seemed to know a lot about SPI) said the opposite. Glad I asked here. Thanks.

Low VOC doesn't affect the quantity of fumes, it only refers to whether the kinds of solvents used in the paint are "photochemically reactive," that is, if they can cause smog in the presence of sunlight. You should use the regular 4.4 stuff if it's legal in your area, but it's possible your choice could be dictated to you by where you live.
