Sitting in primer, inside.

I have a 68 riviera, it has been jammed "paint and clear" the body has been sitting in single stage primer for about 10 years, It still needs finish sanding, Id like to clean it well and then continue finish sand it and epoxy it, as nothing has failed and the last guy to work on it was my old man. It will be painted and assembled in the spring, but I want to put it in epoxy before it see's outside for the first time in a decade or more. Is there any special precaution?

just make sure this time of year you keep the metal temps above 65 degrees before you paint and I think for about 48 hours after (experts will correct me if I'm wrong) so it cures correctly. I actually keep my garage temps up(75degrees) for a good 4 days this time of year to be safe after I spray epoxy

I guess my concern is more sneezes and general bodyshop dust. what cleaner and if I can put spi epoxy right on a single stage primer.
