I added this flare to my restomod project to allow a wider tire. Here's a picture of the outcome.

Best I can see from pic on my 24" screen, it looks pretty good there & shouldn't need much filler to perfect it. I'm in the middle of widebodying 83 el camino rear quarters along with other metal changes, 69 charger upper quarter panels added to tops(80" weld seam needed). So I know what kind of work is involved.
I'm sure you'll agree with me on another thing;;;;;; stock can be boring.
 
Hey, that sounds like a cool project! I'm a fan of all cars and yes, I agree stock is boring, ha ha.
