Sanding epoxy and applying filler/2k primer

So I put down 2 coats of epoxy primer as recommended by the instructions for the SPI epoxy primer 2 weeks ago but was not able to apply the filler and 2k within the 7 day time frame. I need to apply filler to a number of areas and wanted to see the best way going about this. What do I need to sand with to apply the body filler and then 2k? Should I:
1. sand with 180(block or da?) and then apply body filler?
2. what do I sand the rest of the car with before applying the 2k?
3. do I need to sand and then re-apply epoxy?

Lightly sand with 180 and hit the areas that can't be sanded with red scuff pad. All you need is to break the gloss. If you sand through, you should re-epoxy before filling, so be careful.
