Repainting an A.R.E. Fiberglass truck cap

Got a used cap for dirt cheap. Just need to paint her to match. The oem paint and fiberglass is in good shape. Maybe a couple chips here and there but nothing signifigant.

I will be removing all windows and gaskets first.

Whats the best way for me to go about this? Sand with what grit? Just need to scuff it up good no? Should I shoot a sealer coat of epoxy....then base and clear? The little chips....can i do a dab of filler over the sealer coat of epoxy? Or just leave them? Not a show truck

320 da with an interface pad, 1 coat epoxy reduced 25% and straight to base. I would fill the chips before sealing, but if its not a "show vehicle" why bother haha.

oK sounds good. I can just use rage gold to fill the couple of chips after sanding i assume?

Thanks!

And also when you says 25% its 1 part epoxy, 1 part activator, and then 1/4 part reducer?

Meaning if I have 10 ounces of epoxy and 10 ounces of reducer, add in 5 ounces of reducer?
