Removal suggestions

I know I'll be asked about this. Any ideas on quick removal? I know replacement is preferred but if I can be a hero that would go far.

I'd be trying a heat gun and razor blade to get most of it off. Then whatever solvent that will remove it. Urethane reducer first maybe? Maybe some enamel reducer like shine said. That's the worst I;ve ever seen BTW. Good luck. :)

I settled on just repainting the car yellow.
Actually, I did take a heat gun set to 1000 deg and a putty knife. It came off in chunks.
All four wheel wells had it to some degree.
