question on amount needed

need to epoxy primer ** 650 square feet ** of 32 year old aluminum bodied class 8 straight truck (the $100 dollar Rustoleum roll-on job was nixed, don't ask)

this is going to cost a few dollars more, but need to keep costs down as much as possible, very minimal body work needs to be done, most all of the body is straight and true

looking to spot prime comparatively small worked on areas (that were sanded down to bare metal or have various fillers on them, SPI's 2k Regular Build being one of them), then give one good coat (maybe two on the steel bumpers) for an even coverage for the new base (minor color change will be happening) and to lock down (more importantly) various SS and BC/CC paint jobs done over the years (that will have been sanded down from 180-220-320-400; will not be blasting/stripping due to cost [see square footage ** noted earlier] and that it's mostly all "soft" aluminum skin that is already in good repair)

how many gallons of Epoxy (6600-1) and equivalent activator (6700-1) and reducer (prob not more than 40% of a mix of 870 medium and 885 slow) needed for that one good coat ?

i'm guessing 3 & 3 & about a gallon and a half ?

thanks in advance

A gallon kit equals 2 gallons sprayable.
A gallon of 700-1 cleaner is a must for aluminum.
Not knowing what you're going over, do not add reducer.

If you are going over the restrolium, your wasting time and money as the epoxy cannot save it.

Also, you will need two coats, not one.
