I believe he was referring to the fiberglass bumper mentioned in this thread.

I actually meant directly on the urethane bumper.
I used a urethane spray foam on this corvette to get the general shape to smooth the firewall then used glass mat and epoxy resin over it.
I use kitchen plastic wrap to keep the resin from slowly running out as it dries.
