Primer advice

First post here everyone, I’m a very green and rusty. I have my project car that has been sitting for about 15 years getting little attention. With the onset of lock down I now have time to work on it. I thought I was much closer to paint than I was and I have only painted a few cars and they were scuff and shoot with lacquer.
I stripped the car to bare metal and primed with spi epoxy. I did my Bondo work and the areas that I thought were straight I sanded with 180. I than put spi epoxy on the areas I did body work. I than shot the whole car in slick sand and began blocking. I realized my work was not as straight as I thought and there were also some imperfections all over , it’s 67 years old so I should have known. I have A little over a gallon of spi epoxy and ordered spi high build primer. The whole car is blocked again now with 180 and I think. I had to add some glazing putty and there are spots that I went through the slick sand and epoxy and got to Bondo. My question is how should I proceed ? do I epoxy it again than shoot my high build primer or just shoot the high build primer ?
thanks
Dave

I've shot 2 k over slick sand several times..I don't think you would have a problem. Epoxy works great as a sandable build primer..if your that close to strait, I would finish out blocking it with epoxy.
