Preferred Gun Cup Size?

I have no hard cups anymore. I am 100% PPS, and select the size cup that matches the job I am doing then. Probably my 6 ounce cups get the most use as I paint a lot of motorcycle and small parts individually. All-overs I use my 28 ounce cups, but the 22 ounce cups are easier to manuver. I love the PPS because I can spray in any position and can use every drop of paint in the cup. Of course, the easy clean up is the biggest selling factor. The only issue is when spraying heavier materials like 2K high build, you want to tear the 200 micron screen out of the disposable lid, as it will block flow. Don't buy the 125 micron screen caps unless you are shooting waterborne

Because the kit isn't just the bags, it also includes the grommets that pierce a hole into the bottom of the bag that plugs into the hole at the bottom of your spray gun cup. When I said bags, I was actually referring to the entire kit with the bags and grommets, etc. Sorry that wasn't as clear.

That said, they are expensive for what they are and I much prefer the DeKups system I'm now using anyway. It eliminates the need for a separate mixing cup.

I reuse the grommet many times.
One will last me all summer.
