PPG says my DCC single stage is mostly bad

Spoke with the PPG tech line.
DCX61 shelf life 2 weeks opened, 2 years unopened.

DCC single stage paint itself, 7 years unopened, 1 year open

DBI interior paint itself, 7 years unopened, 1 year open

I have 1 1.5 gallons of DCC, 1/2 gallon that was opened in a 1 gallon can, and an unopened gallon that will be 7 years old in July. BUT at one point that can was on it's side and a little clear liquid leaked out. Makes me wonder about the missing clear liquid that left the mix, and should it be considered a closed can if it leaked?

My DBI is opened and is the same age, so I guess it's trash? It's red and was $270/pt.

I'm sorry I sprung for PPG the first time around, and I'm wondering what to do now? Bend over again, or go with something else?

One complication is I already finish painted the cowl of the car due to recoat windows and not wanting to have to scuff the detail around the cowl grate. In the past Wimbledon white seemed really easy to match, but that adds another do not change brand now feature. Although that was painted 7 years ago, so...

I'm going to assume since the can leaked when it was on it's side, air was introduced into the can before ending up on its side.

My plan was to get some hardener for the DCC full gallon I have and do a test spray, and get activator for the open can I have of DBI.

I did buy the DCX91, to do a test spray from the gallon. I hope this gallon is good because a quart of activator was $261.43.

8 oz of activator for the DBI (evidently it's different) was $97.00. I declined for now.

For the DBI you can use any SPI clear activator at the rate of 1oz per 32oz RTS DBI. DBI is simply DBC basecoat with a different binder.
