Pin holes in filler after epoxy

I’m restoring an old coke machine. I put down a couple coats of unreduced epoxy over the bare metal. Then did my filler work. I blew all my filler work off with an air hose and filled pinholes with icing.
Now after reapplying epoxy over my filler I can see several spots of tiny pinholes in my filler areas. I’ve never had this happen before. I am planning on using slicksand poly primer and blocking straight. Then applying turbo primer and final blocking, sealing and base clear.
My question is will 2-3 coats of slick sand fill the tiny pinholes? I’ve read it will and then I’ve read it won’t. That it will blow back out of the hole. I hate to have to use icing over all these spots before slick sand if I don’t have to.
Need some advise. Thanks.

So the slick sand will handle my pin hole situation. What about temps and slick sand? I can’t find anything on their tech sheet about metal temp spraying it. Or how long to maintain heat?
And is it ok to follow up with turbo primer after I’m finished blocking the slick sand?
Thanks.
