Packing peanuts ban 2019

I guess you could use up the pink ones to pack shipments to the states that have not adapted those new laws. Can you imagine how much of those illegal peanuts and other package stuffing material the suppliers are going to get stuck with? and how about the manuf. that has them in their warehouse and now can't sell them, What do they do with them? sell them to China so they pack their shipments and send them back to the U.S. buyer?

the pink should be anti static right? Amazing, that is the whole place industry is going. I have to pack individual powder coated parts in anti static bags like they are a printed circuit board because some suit thinks the static will transfer when they remove a part from the bag.

These are the boxes the CARC paint comes in. Fold in the extra tops and they create 4 squares that hold each of 4 gallons secure. One gallon cartons dont have any extra inserts, its just snug in the box. I am sure you can find boxes that snugly fit the quarts of hardeners or square gallons, either double wall or 275 crush.

Its your call, you have products people want to use, I am pretty sure an extra few dollars for a shipment is understandable, and like I say, pay to not have to chase peanuts around the shop. Personally, I would rather pay for the box in the shipment than get the cost in crease of the products to support the boxes.

All the laws seem to have or most of them a 6 month forgiveness to get rid of what you have in stock, as much as we ship we will be converted in about two weeks easily with the peanuts and not sure how many pre-cut bottom pads we have left but they won't last long.

I'm thinking that there are multilayer cardboard pads that could be pre-cut to fit the bottom of your boxes.

Oh boy. I’ve got a delivery coming tomorrow. I can hardly wait. Hate those styrofoam peanuts. Hope I can sleep tonight.
I’ve got about 30 wild turkeys that come by the shop every day. I wonder if they will eat the corn starch peanuts. LOL...
