New C10 project questions

Have done a couple of 2nd gen Camaro's with varying results using Summit products. Always read good things about SPI on NastyZ28 just haven't tried it. Anyway, new 86 C10 project for the wife. Changing colors from White to Black. Think I want to use the SPI SS Black from what I have read on here so far.
1) Can I scuff and shoot the interior (obviously clean well first) without doing anything else to it? It is in pretty good shape.
2) I don't see the Black SS in a quart on the pricing page. Does it not come that way?
3) Body will go to bare metal. Is a gallon enough for the project? (Epoxy first)

I'm sure I'll have other questions along the way.

Fully agree with Don. Count on using a lot of materials to do it right. You will have no need for quarts.:) First thing I would advise is to spend some time here and read as much as you can. Lots of good info to get you pointed in the right direction. Make a detailed plan of exactly what you want to do. Be prepared for it to take much longer than you anticipate (if you want a quality job). Ask questions here on the forum. We are all willing to help, and the answers you will get are correct and BS free.

Thanks. Reason I was asking about the quart is because I wanted to do the interior first and didn't think that would take very much. Silverado inside is mostly covered with trim panels and headliner. What is the shelf life on SPI SS and epoxy? Have read some here and there already Chris. Thanks. Knowledge base looks pretty extensive.

Activator shelf life’s are here. The paints themselves will last much longer.
