Need help with paint choiceI

I have a friend that has a wrecker business and wants me to paint the headache rack on one of the rollbacks. I would like opinions on what would be a tough paint to spray on it. I am going to sanbblast the rack and epoxy primer it, should I get blz
aCk epoxy and leave it in that ortopcoat with something else? The front tire throw rocks and beat thelowerrack to death.
 
an easy to get and not to expensive paint used for big Catapillar is PPG spectrocon series QT-300. Any industrial branch will sell it to you.

They have come up with QT-360, 370 and 380 after that but I cant say much on those, I just sprayed the QT-300
