Need advice on repair (burn thru when sanding)

I painted this car about 18 months ago. My first paint job by myself. I resanded and buffed it recently and didnt notice this until a few days ago. Inside the shop you dont see it. Im looking for the best way to approach this repair job. I still have about a quart of basecoat. Should i rebase from the top trim line up? What about the area at at the spear between the trim and eyebrow molding? Reclear the whole fender? Thanks for advice and happy july4th.

The best repair, IMO, would be to remove the trim, spot the base, and reclear the whole fender. Best for longevity.

Could you explain "spot the base"?

Advice needed for first pearl blend on collision work

I am getting ready to do my first pearl blend on the front bumper of a 2018 jeep Grand Cherokee, I am almost positive that I can buff this scuff out but in case I do have to blend what advice do you guys have?
