NEED ADVICE ON RECENT WORK

I did cab corners and rocker panels on my friends extended cab f 350, I spot weld all joints until they are all connected. I went to his shop today and looked at the back of the driver cab corner and can see the line where I welded it together, Everything looked excellent before he picked it up but now it looks like something has moved? Any help or advice will be greatly appreciated.
 
Something I've learned on this forum is to turn the heat up to make sure you are getting full penetration. If you keep blowing holes, turn up the wire speed instead of turning down the heat. I bet if you could look at the back side the weld doesn't look the same as the side you welded. I don't know what else would cause it. You did butt weld it, didn't you?

That is what I was thinking also, I am going to see what happens with the corner and maybe have to redo it if it moves anymore. You always give great advice and help for free, I really appreciate you as well as others on the forum who hand out great advice!
 
Welding thin metal is a skill that takes practice and understanding on setting heat and wire speed. I have been practicing a long time but only sporadically as the need exists.
When I see the welds the pros produce I hang my head in shame. However, every now and then I get it right and once the welder is set properly things get soooo much easier.
 
Cab corner of a pick up, I wonder how many people will even notice. Did you point it out to him? Not suggesting that flawed work should be ignored, but if its just cosmetic, and, if the customer and most of the world don't see it????

I have heard that some mig welds will show, maybe there is too much build up on the back side, then again maybe someone else with more mig experience than me will chime in.
