NEED ADVICE ON 1974 DUSTER

I am interested in a 1974 Duster that has no motor or Transmission, There is rust in rear quarters but everything else looks good. I can buy the roller for $2500.00, What do you guys think? I am no pro at pricing vehicles and you guys are my go to, Thanks for all your help.

i think instead look for a 74 monaco.
one with a cop motor-440 c.i. plant. cop tires,cop suspension,cop shocks. the model made before catalytic converters so itll run good on regular gas.

might find one at the mt prospect city police auction.

We had a 74 monaco when I was a kid and it was junk from the dealer and I ended up with one to drive to high school, What a joy!

Generally older cars that have great interiors are from the northern states where they don't have enough sunshine to destroy them. For cars with minimal rust you will look to southern states, especially those with mild winters and little to no snowfall.
