exhaust blows directly out back of building for now, seems to be working well this way.

So, with temps falling this time of year I decided to go ahead and add climate control to the booth. Last weekend I went ahead and poured a small pad for a heat pump unit I've had stored for some time

this weekend I installed outdoor unit, wiring and refrigeration piping

then it was on to inside to complete the AHU ductless split

this is 1 1/2-ton unit, it was able to bring temp up in booth from mid 50s to 75 in no time at all. Plan is turn off when spraying and back on when done, I can now keep booth nice all year round which is big deal for an old guy like me. There's a saying hear in south GA if you don't like the weather today wait till tomorrow it will be different. Temp was 31 Friday morning here might be in the 70s next week who knows. What I do know is don't have to worry about outside temps when spraying epoxy anymore.

Nice. If it were me I’d drape some plastic over it when spraying. Overspray on the coils is probably not a good thing.
