Hey, it works. Especially if you are going to cut and buff anyway when complete. I did mine in a portable carport/garage.

Hey I love painting outside. Great clearance of overspray, the best lighting, safer for you. The cleanest job I ever sprayed was an entire 28’ camper outside. And I typically do most of my priming outside. I really just use the booth for sealer and color most of the time.

It's chopped "very roughly" 3 to 3 1/2 inches. No back or floor because it slips over a tube chassis.
