More progress...I didn't cut it down that much on the buff. Its a driver, but it is shaping up nicely. Hoping to have doors and fenders on this week along with the interior back in. then I get the remaining parts painted this weekend.

Nice job OJ. Looking at those pics brings back memories of my Notch.

What are the quarter window's rubber trim like? It was never very good even when nearly new. Stuff would start to fade and crack almost immediately. I remember having to paint them with some SEM on my 93 in late 94.

Nice work! I always look forward to your pics. I like your setup as well. Looks like some nice sectioning on those fenders. I need to learn to tig sometime! Love seeing the fox bodies. Bring me back to the good old days. Had plenty of them and sn95 5.0’s. It’s amazing what we used to be able to buy them for then and what they’re worth now. A nice clean original notch is big $$$. I’ll find a project 5.0 one of these days. Sorry to hear about the owner. It’s a crazy world these days.

OJ, are those old Recaros? The headrest tells me they are. Those are hard to find seats nowadays. Been trying to find a decent rebuildable pair for a long time.

They are. They are old 79 pace car seats. The original seats are in the basement at the owners house. I think the original seats will be installed back in since the car will probably be sold now since the owner has passed away.

The emblems looked like crap, so I blasted them and doing a little treatment on them. should be done with that tonight. I had to paint the hood and decklid bolts anyways. This is just epoxy for now.
