I was wondering if anyone has used the new Makita orbital polisher yet? it says its selectable from free spinning to gear driven forced rotation. I was planning on ordering a Rupes but may try the Makita instead.
I won't be getting one anytime soon. I have all Flex units from the small PE8 to their forced rotation. I am looking into Flex's DA style unit or the Rupes. If your looking at either a Rupes or that Makita get the Rupes, I can see there being problems multi-tasking the action. Griot's Boss would be another good choice.
