LPH 400 - Suggestions?

+1. Sprayed some wanda metallic pewter earlier today and although i felt like it was uniform I still did an orientation coat. The funny thing is, I always hear of everyone dropping pressure to do it. The guy that taught me the orientation coat back in the day told me to raise pressure and do it. And thats how Ive done it all those years and continue to do so as its always worked out well for me.
The thing to remember is do what works for you. Results are all that matters.

And Avoid criss crossing your passes, 75% pass overlap.
I once early on,my first complete, for some rookie reason did a north- south on a door-fender seam, the Blue Chevelle, and afterward while admiring it out in the sunlight had the Oh Sheet moment. Nobody noticed it but I saw it as soon as I looked. Drop coats won't fix that I don't think.

1.4 if you are going to shoot SPI clear.
I know its going to vary gun to gun but is that a kind of standard thing for most guns for doing spi clear? I just sprayed some euro 2020 for the first time out of a 1.3 in a dv1 c and didnt yield quite as slick of a finish as typical. Still looked good and yielded a factory quality finish.

I think 1.4 is the norm for SPI clears except 1.3 with a Sata. Hopefully a pro will weigh in.
