prospray base uv clear. neither of these colors would do well in ss first. code 16 silver is a bastard . got it all blocked down and waiting for the weather to break so i can re-clear.

That's a beauty! That's a clean looking color combo and should make it stand out of the crowd.

nice shine!! one of these days when the owner of the 57 i did is finished putting it together i'll post some pics up of that.

thanks . the owner of it is going to fly in and drive it back to the west coast. doing the whole build is what has burnt me out. i'd rather get back to just doing the paint like i use to.

since nov 05 i've done the 56 pu, 62 corvette, 57 corvette and this one. plus working on my truck. going to take a break from customer work. just build a few to sell.

Shine, how about a thread on that truck you are doing. You teased me on the other site with a few pics, but no updates here. lol Your builds are always top notch!

getting things done. got the wiring almost finished . sound system wires are in , a/c unit is finished and wired up. almost ready to install the column and set the dash pods in . it has a digital dash . glass showed up last week so i can get it installed maybe this week. spring on the farm gets a little busy. i swear the hardest part was modifying the 64 impala back seat to fit . i am ready for this one to be done.wiring.jpg

finally got it on the frame so i can start building. this one beat up the old man some.

I recognize that car, it looks far better in person!

Wish I could see it assembled and out in the sunshine while eating some ribs and downing a few beers.

finished the wiring and got the dash built. still have to paint the wheel. it will be black with silver top and bottom .steering wheel.jpg
