ice pearl are actual glass flakes. much different that regular pearl. its a nice effect and a way of getting that metalflake look without the work of using an actual metalflake. with that said, on white it will look good when it reflects but its going to look like dirt any other time. get a xirillic white pearl. its on every manufacturers paint system so you can get it locally. on any mixing rack it would be the coarsest most sparkly pearl and more expensive than the regular mica pearls. dont put any pearl on heavy. the more you put on the more creamy it will make the base white. just a couple light coats is all that is needed. this will give you the whitest pearl white you can make.
Powder in a plastic bottle. In the Diamont and Wanda lines, is it a pre-mixed base or a powder? My googling is leading no where.
