I want feedback!

That would be a boarder line liability problem and really best to avoid.

On phone when asked I will give company choices depending on color to be used.
For the guy that does not mail order, i will ask him for name of local paints available and give him the good choices and let him price shop from there.

Barry, now that you have stepped up to the plate and let everyone take a shot at you, what are your conclusions based on the input you got? Seems to me you should be pretty proud of your company and the way you run it.

I'm happy with the feedback and want to thank everyone, it has helped some and i do listen!!!! ( may not show it but I have not missed a word!)
I have always told my employees, if you call me an idiot or worse, its not your job at risk, I want to know.
Shoot, wife does that all the time and still been married for 40+++ years.

Also, I don't need to ask, anyone has a gripe you all have my cell number! (programmed in your phone I hope)
No need to program it in the phone, for some reason it's one of the few phone numbers I can remember.

Make forum zoomable as home page is. Hard to read on iPad while taking a break.
Feel terrible saying something neg about the worlds greatest paint co.

May all have a Merry Christmas. I spent past 3 hours blocking my hood while simmering sauce for lasagna.

Blocking a hood while simmering sauce for lasagna-that's a good day right there!

Well I just got two 2 gal kits of epoxy today, the "static free" peanuts stuck to the cans, then stuck to my hands trying to wipe the can off. So I hope the static free don't cost any extra as they seem to cling worse than the last shipment.

I feel that the peanuts are a small price to pay for a quality product unless there is a cheaper way to package I'm fine with it.

Wouldn't a shop vac make quick work of getting the peanuts into a canister? I suppose the air charge would make them difficult to remove from the canister into a plastic bag lined garbage can. Honestly, I have never had an issue with just pulling the cans out of the box and throwing the few peanuts that stick to the can back in the box and then emptying the boxes into a lined garbage can. Certianly never had the peanuts stick to my hands. Maybe some of us are charged differently than others. MP&C, do you ever "light up" in the dark?

plastic bags and peanuts. If you get a bigger plastic bag to hold the products, you put all the products in the bag, leave the top of the bag at the top of the carton, surround it with the peanuts. The customer carefully, opens the bag, removes the contents of the bag, fold the bag over the carton, it should hold pretty tightly, flip the box over a garbage can, the plastic bag turns inside out and catches all the peanuts. Tie the plastic bag closed again and discard all the peanuts or save for your own shipping purposes.

Not that I've noticed... And honestly I wouldn't have said a thing about it if not for someone letting us know they were now using static free stuff, cause it sure wasn't working. :D

Open the box of goodness from SPI, spray the contents with waterborne w&g remover, then remove the products from the box. kill the static to keep the styrofoam under control

Peanuts-sometimes I send a big box to people, just for fun-it's therapeutic.
While not too popular, a squirt or two of reducer and they aren't a big problem any longer.

Barry, not sure a forum issue should be included but one big complaint I have is when posting on a thread, I always have to log back into the forum to find and follow the thread. Once it drops from the "todays posts", I have to search for it. I really like the option of getting an email link to click on when I post to a forum and someone else adds to it. I have never gotten email notification to a post I am following. That would be awesome. Some forums, I get the email notification, click on it, and Im right back at the post. One click, no searching.
click on latest activity tab

the only problem i have and this is because my wife beats me over the head when she gets the delivery before me is the invoice that is taped to the top of the box has the pricing in plain sight lol

Not sure if this has been mentioned but online ordering would be great.

Online order tracking or at least an email with tracking information would be great.
