Just wanted to say hi and introduce my self, Iam a home shop guy into 50s cars and doing the work my self, i found this site by mistake and im glad i did...lots of great info here for a guy like me just starting out.

ok so heres my first question ive got the sharpe platinium ho gun and need just one seal replaced, the one at the area where the needle goes into the body before the cap,seems to be like a packing nut the tighter you make the nut the more the seal seals. i found a complete kit on egay but really just need the 1 seal thks mad.
 
Because of gun and age, I don't think you will find a single seal but that really is a good thing, buy the kit while you still can get it.

I have learned years ago, anytime I buy a gun I buy a seal kit and put it away, case in point I just sent a kit to someone here for a geo gun and there not available anymore from what I can tell.
