If heat surface up to 100 degrees after spraying how long before I can spray polyester primer ? If heated can I have lower shop temp sooner ? How long to hold at at 100

You may not like my answer but I'm holding too epoxy setting 2 full nights.
This is nothing to screw with as polyester primer will wick.

I've had trouble putting poly on top of epoxy too soon, it's not something to mess with! In my experience, 24 hours at panel temps at or over 70° if only one coat is used, if there are two, best wait a full 48 like Barry says.

Before I realized how important heat was to epoxy, especially when using poly, I put poly on top of 2 coats of epoxy after over 24 hours, panel temps were in the low 60s. The top dried but the underneath was a gooey mess, and stayed that way for days, even after putting the parts in the sun (it was cold, though). I thought i was going to have to strip the parts, but they finally kicked off. It was not fun.

I am not to much worried about length of time, I would just like not have to worry about holding panel at 65. I was thinking if I kept it 90-100 for hour or two , I could kill heater and not worry about it.

I will let Barry answer, but speaking for myself, I will no longer play around with products that require a certain amount of heat to cure. It's just too risky, because the cost of failure down the line can be very high.
