Fisheyes

Hi again. So epoxy goes on easy for a newbe. But I noticed a couple fisheyes show up on first coat one side. I stopped and referred to forum. Looks like it was from contamination. I sanded thru those areas and reapplied epoxy. I'm assuming that it will be ok to continue with filler and primer. Question - what is worse case if I had other areas that I didn't see. The car is a driver so if it will be a few years for anything to show, I could live with that and proceed. If trouble will show up in a couple of weeks, I'll strip and redo. Thx for input.

More than likely it was cratering from applying the first coat too heavily. Very possible it was fisheyes, (68 gave good advice) but it's very common that the first coat gets applied too heavily and it craters. Solution (in addition to making sure the panel is clean) is to apply a light-medium first coat. Subsequent coats can then be applied heavier and not crater.
