First order, first post.

HomegrownDiesel

Finally placed my first order of SPI products (production, universal, 2k, epoxy, and all of the required). After checking out all of the OTHER options, I think I found the right products. I know I found the right forum. Great info here guys, (and gals). I sprayed Lacquer, enamel, and imron, back in the day and am glad to find the up to date info here on the net. Will post info on some of my old and new projects here as time goes by, but I just wanted to say HELLO, and thank you, to everyone.

Welcome! Can't wait to see what you are working on. Glad you found us as well. I think we all learn new things around here daily.

Welcome to the forum. You will not find a better group of people on the internet!

When you go to post a new thread, click the paper clip button. Then click add files. Add as many as you want. Then drag them to the bottom.

I can understand now, why I hear so much about SPI customer service.
When placing my order, after ordering slow, medium and fast activator and only slow reducer, the SPI employee Andy who took my order, said "you should really also try our medium reducer, and as a new customer and everything you ordered I am going to give you a gallon to try".
WOW, Barry you are doing a great job. I can't wait to spray your product. Obviously Andy knew it is cold now, and slow reducer is really not going to be optimal, and to really get the optimum results, I should be using medium reducer. Looks like you have assembled a Great Team (shipping was boxed and arrived in perfect condition)
It is refreshing to see American companies excelling in today's economy. The only problem I can see with this transaction is I didn't order the Gallons in quarts. Oh well nobody's perfect:)

Homegrown, glad we got everything worked out for you!

We look forward to your feedback as you try these products out and any help we can give just call.

I to come from the old school of lacquer, imron. I had been on many sites and SPI came up so much I decided to call and make an order.I found not only were the products were as said but the service and tech help from Barry is out of the park. I called Berry on a saturday afternoon 6 my time 8 his and he walked me through my problem" spray more clear". I can not imagine any other tech/person even ansewering the phoe at that time.Anyway your in good hands with this company.

I thought your stripping brushes looked like they were made with woolly mammoth hair.
