Expiration of Waterborne 700

Hey, all. I had some problems laying down epoxy as a sealer last night. I did my usual process of blocking out to 400, blowing off with dry air, wipe down with W/B 700 and let sit for at least 30-minutes while letting my mixed epoxy induce for at least 30 minutes as well. After laying down the sealer I had a lot of areas which look like contamination. See attached pics. After banging my head against the wall I checked the date on the 700 and it was from 2017. It's been stored in 70-degree shop with very low humidity so I thought it would be fine. Is there an expiration date for 700? Thanks!

Troy.

Cleaner is fine, look at how long you waited after drying 700 before applying. Humidity also plays a part.
Also look at what you used as towels?

There's tons of things that could be, but it's not from the 700 being old. Besides what Barry mentioned, there could be oil in the compressor lines, or even if someone used a silicone containing product like interior dressing or tire shine anywhere within 100 feet of your part. Some personal care items contain silicone as well, for instance having used hand lotion that day could cause it.
