Epoxy sealer temperature

I would like to paint the base coat and clear coat the underside of my hood this weekend (1979 ford truck). The hood was taken down to bare metal spi epoxy then spi 2k were used. I will be using spi epoxy as a sealer at 1:1:25 letting set overnight then moving forward with base the following day.My concern is the temperature. Looking like mid to upper 70s highs and mid to lower 60s as the low.Is this a GO or a NO? Also what is a good product to put in between the bracing and the top skin on the underside of the hood?
Thank you
Todd

The earlier in the day you can seal the hood the better, so with those temps try to get done about 10 or 11 then next day shoot base.

in my experience the hood skin is supposed to free float over the bracing. if you put something in there you will end up seeing it on the outside. that skin needs to expand and contract without tension.

All I know is I am cutting out rockers on this truck because of the sponge foam. Closed cell if its on the bottom or find a way to get drain holes. I know people use this type of foam to reduce "oil canning" on thin old doors, but stay away from water collection areas.
